We’re here to help. If you are having trouble paying your bill in full, you can request a payment arrangement online through our Make A Payment Arrangement form within MyAccount.

Step 1: On your most recent NS Power bill, find your Account Number (top left of bill) and Web Access number (top right of bill)
Step 2: Provide us with some general information to set up your secure profile
Step 3: Activate your account by following a link we’ll send you via email. Then you’re all set!
