Pole Treatment

Our crews and contractors are working to maintain the wood transmission poles that support our power lines.

The Wood Pole Retreatment Program extends the life of our transmission poles to maintain service reliability and ensure the safety of our employees, our customers, and the communities we serve.

This important maintenance work will extend the expected life of our transmission poles from 35 years to 55 years.

Safety is always our first priority. Customers are reminded to safely navigate around crews while work is underway and to maintain a safe distance from power lines.
