Holiday Lights Contest
Inspired by the Giacomantonio brothers in Halifax, for the third year, we want to help spread holiday cheer this season. Whether you're decking the halls at home or you've spotted a neighbour or local business that's shining bright in your community, here's your chance to make spirits bright and win $1,000 donations for both your chosen local charity and the winning display's charity of choice.
Nominate a Star Display
If you know a stunning residence or business lighting display in your community, all you need to do is snap a photo and fill out the below form for a chance to win $1,000 for both your and the winning display's chosen charities—that's $2,000 total. You can even self-nominate, if you wish! The winning submission and accompanying light display will be chosen by random draw.
Nomination period: Monday, December 1–Monday, December 22, 2025
